NI 9792 WSN Programmable Gateway

RT Controller with Integrated Gateway for WSN—The WSN‑9792 is a programmable RT controller with an integrated gateway for NI wireless sensor network (WSN) devices.

You can mount the NI 9792 device on a panel, a 35 mm DIN rail, in an enclosure, or on a desktop. Use the DIN-Rail mounting method if you already have a DIN rail configuration or if you need to be able to quickly remove the device.

The NI 9792 has an RS-232 serial port to which you can connect devices such as displays or input devices. Use the Serial VIs to read from and write to the serial port. For more information about the Serial VIs, refer to the LabVIEW Help.

The NI 9792 supports common USB mass storage devices such as USB Flash drives and USB-to-IDE adapters formatted with FAT16 and FAT32 file systems.

The NI WSN system is built on an IEEE 802.15.4 wireless mesh network. The 802.15.4 radio in each NI WSN device provides for low-power communication of measurement data across a large network of devices.

Cleverscope has complex triggering capability. Find a glitch, runt or a slow rise time problem by setting the dual triggers appropriately. Can your present scope trigger on a negative runt occurring in 0.1% of pulses?

Gain automatically set from 20 mV FSD to +/-200V FSD by choosing graph view and probe switch setting.

Offset automatically set to correspond to the selected amplitude axis view. As an example a graph with amplitude axis of 2.40 to 2.42V automatically chooses a 20mV range offset by +2.40V – good for looking at small signals in single supply op-amp applications.

Analog triggering of the waveform in view with a resolution of 1% of the display height. The analog trigger may optionally be conditioned with a low pass, high pass or noise filter.
