“The B.O.S.S. represents the most significant technological improvement to Brinell testing since the test was first introduced. It measures Brinell impressions faster, more accurately and more consistently than any other solution, and it improves quality control with advanced data acquisition and analysis capabilities.”
They develop and manufacture test & measuring equipment for testing of passive electronic components. They offer high precision test equipment for production and quality assurance of capacitors and resistors.
“The Danbridge suite of instruments for precise measurement of capacitive, inductive and resistance parameters includes stand-alone measurement bridges for laboratory use as well as automatic systems for rapid measurement of a large number of components in industrial environments.”
General test of capacitors, measurement of transformers and coils, test of passive components in “Pick and Place” machines by DB233z, test of cables, test of condenser microphones and resistance and inductance in winded power resistors.
(For new Engineers – Danbridge is amongst the Early T&M Pioneers like Genrad, Rohde & Schwarz and Marconi Instruments)
The 7080 CalBench consists of the workstation frame, table top, and primary console. The 7082 mains power module is fitted as standard in every bench. The remaining space in the primary console houses the modules selected by the user for their applications.
Calibration modules cover electronic signal, temperature, loop, and pressure applications. Power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes and generator modules can also be fitted into the bench consoles.
Each CalBench is built for the end user’s designated applications. With standard modules capable of calibrating multiple instruments and devices, and add-ons or modifications to cover user-specific requirements.
